M. Andrew Brison is well versed in areas involving construction accidents, bad house claims, and architects’ and engineers’ malpractice. He has represented owners, contractors, general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and other design professionals successfully on construction projects throughout southern West Virginia. Through the years of representing clients in this area of law, he has developed experience and knowledge in working with building codes and standards. Mr. Brison also understands that some cases require technical expertise; therefore, he works closely with reputable experts, including engineers, architects, geologists, and safety code experts.

As part of his litigation services to this industry, he quickly identifies co-defendants or third-party defendants in order to tender defenses to them and seek pass-throughs, as soon as legally possible. His risk management experience in this area has been utilized by many clients.
